Dear Gaza

I'm using this opportunity to post a little story of something that is fussing around us. Of course, about the attacks to our brothers and sisters in Gaza.

I just read Che Det's blog. There's an Israelis man wrote a comment of Dr. M's blog titled "Boycott" where Dr.M wants us to boycott all USA's and Israel's goods. This man used "Hanan" as his nama samaran. He gave macam-macam komen to Dr.M but of course Dr. Mahathir balas balik bidasan yang telah diberikan oleh that Israelis man.

Since Jews are controlling everyone by proxy, I’m not sure you, Dr. Mahathir are not controlled by them as well. You’ll say that you are not controlled, but I can assure you that I’m controlling you. Can you deny it? Even Malaysia is manipulated by Jews, that’s why they are not attacking the US and Israel. You should check very well among your government ministers and officials and find the Trojan horses there. -by Hanan Israelis-

13. I have asked an American what he would do if Texas was given to the Jews to create the state of Israel. He did not answer. But I believe he would fight to get back Texas, employing all the weapons at its disposal.

14. Yet had the United States been willing to create the nation of Israel in the lands under U.S. control or in the U.S. itself, there would be no terrorism in Palestine or in the Middle East. There would be no terrorism in America either because Israel would be wiped out by the U.S. forces. The world would remain peaceful.

15. The brutality committed by your forces in Gaza is out of all proportion to the puny rocket attacks by Hamas. That attack was the result of Israel and the U.S. failing to accept the results of a properly conducted election. -by Dr.M-

And not to be forgotten is an American guy named Rob. I can't tell y'll more because you can read yourself. Sorry for that. I do salute on the answers that Dr. M had given. Really make sense. I wish we had another person like him(Muslim) to protect and lead our Islam.

This is another piece of opinion from an Australian Andrew.

I absolutely agree with CVCO's comments in "Open letter to Obama"-all well said. Makes me very angry when there is deafening silence from the Muslim world, Malaysia included when Israelis are killed by Hamas bombs.

Hmm...what do y'll think of this? Here I want all of you to look at what Adolf Hitler had said.

" I could have annihilated all the Jews in the world, but I left some so that you world would know why I did that"
- Adolf Hitler-

I got something untuk tatapan kita sejenak.

Seorang anak yang melihat kematian ibunya akibat kekejaman Israel laknatullah.

Such a scary scene.

Tumpahnya darah seorang mukmin.

Mangsa keganasan.

Have you see all the pictures? Apa yang dipaparkan ini hanyalah sekelumit daripada apa yang berlaku di Gaza,Palestin. Renung-renungkanlah. Think about this deeply. Bak kata Che Det, kita tak mungkin dapat boycott all USA's and Israel's goods (tetapi disarankan oleh beliau). Setakat KFC, McDonalds, and etc bolehlah TETAPI how about our Windows yang kita gunakan ni?

First Post For The Very New Year of 2009

It has been a very long time i didn't update my blog. No idea what to write here. Actually i got the idea but maybe the time didn't let me to do so.

As we know, the very new president of the States is now here to change the world. I hope he will. CHANGES. Yeah, the world want some changes. What can we do now is just look and see of what Obama will do to change everything that Bush left for him. I think that Bush just intend to left him with such a burden. Plus with the economy crisis that America faces. It's really a big responsibilities to carry out by Obama.

Welcome 2009 !!!

The very new year akan tiba tidak lama lagi. Janganlah ikut kalendar mat salleh, it’s better to ikut our Hijriah kalendar, right? Usually, when new year comes round, there’ll be new azams that we make. A list of them. In details. From A-Z. That’s really good, you know? That’s mean we’ve aim something that we want to achieve through the year. From our azams, we make strategies to accomplish them.

And yet from our strategies, there’s schedule yang sangat-sangat packed and well arranged so that our times will be filled with something that can really benefits us (actually time that we can isi to achieve our dreams-lah). Still, dalam mengejar our azams and dreams that will never end tu, we always missed something in our life without knowing it. That’s a real true. Just think about it. Have you ever noticed before? Well, some people maybe yes and some are just sebaliknya. It depends. But, we can just plan and Allah will decides what the best for us.

So, dream big, plan big, work out more than usual, doa and tawakkal comes after all that. And itu tak semestinya we have to left our obligatory behind. Everything that we do mesti didahului dengan niat ikhlas kerana Allah Taala dan diiringi dengan doa. That’s the right way to do things. But sejauh mana kita buat seperti apa yang tertulis di atas? Tepuk dada, tanya iman. Sometimes kita leka dengan dunia sendiri, including me, myself. Honestly speaking-lah kan. But hey, human not all perfect! Orang yang bernama insan never be as perfect as their Creator because they’re just nobody.

By using this opportunity, i’d like to wish y’all “Happy Maal Hijrah 1430″. Hope your life will be blessed with rahmat and nur from Him (Allah).

No Title

Here i want to talk about something that has nothing to do with this blog. But it is one of the post in this blog, of course. I just want to tell about myself here. I think the profile is too limited for me to write and all that. So, instead of posting about facts, sciences, etc i would like to share with all of you about myself too.

Being a daughter, a student, a part of society and a human who lives in this Earth is not an easy "task". Everybody does. It is just whether you did notice it or not. Everybody has their own problems and the way they overcome their problems differ. And that shows the variety of people. Some people just takes problems as part and parcel in their lives and makes them stronger but some other people thinks that problems just makes them weaker. As you can observe now that the world societies is struggling with the Global Economic Crisis. Well, as a part of this, i can feel the situation now even i'm not working, i still can imagine how 20,000 US citizens will be "banished" from work.

OK, i've added a bit about the global things but it is a part of our live. :)

I'm just a student who is still studying and still earning experiences. I found that when i try to learn something more deepens, i found that i'm still the beginner. I just feel like i was left behind when i try to study more. It is just like i know nothing much about what i learn and i want to know more and more. Sometimes i just thinking whether i learn too little or others learn more than me?

I have a wide circle of friends but i'm still searching the "true friend". I'm lucky to have friends that really understanding, can keep me motivate, can share problems with (but not all, just certain things,OK!) and shareable. They are just lovable for me. I had a true friend before but since we get into high school world, we were separated. :( I've been her friend from kindergarten until Standard 6. I bit disappointed when somebody tried to make us apart. And my true friend still contacts me even she's studying in a boarding a school. She's such a good and friendly girl. Memories between us will never fade.

I think that's all what i can say for now. I've no inkling on what to share anymore as i writing this on the middle of the night. :p

A Little Jokes

Grown-up Words

The kindergarten teacher told the little ones to use "grown-up words" instead of baby language. She then asked them to tell her what they did during the recent school holidays.

The first little one said he went to see his "nana". The teacher said, "No! You went to see your 'grandmother'. Use grown-up words.

The next little one said she went for a trip a "choo choo". The teacher again said, "No! You went on a train. That's the grown-up word.

Then the teacher asked the third little one what he had done during the recent school holidays. He proudly stated that he had read a book. The teacher asked what book he had read. He puffed up his chest and in a very adult way replied, "WINNIE-the-SH*T !"

Dumb Idiots

Little David farts in the classroom and his teacher gets really upset and throws him out. He goes and sits outside the class and can't stop laughing. The headmaster walks by and sees him sitting outside laughing. He says, "David what are you doing sitting here laughing?"

Little David says, "I farted in class and the teacher threw me out. The headmaster says, "Well then why you laughing?"

Little David says, " Cause the dumb idiots are sitting in the class smelling my fart and thet put me outside in this beautiful fresh air.

12 Simple Ways To Supercharge Your Brain

Hi guys! I would like to share with all of you about our genius brain as i have the passion in it. :)

Have you ever felt exasperated when you bumped into someone at the store but absolutely couldn't remember their name? Sure, it happens to all of us.

Despite being the strongest computer on the planet, our brains do lapse. It's hard to blame them really. As humans, we spend much of or existence stuffing our brains with stuff.

No matter how powerful our brains are, they need recuperation time to be kept in shape. Think of it as a tune up for your brain. Skipping brain maintenance is as silly as the person wandering the parking garage because they forgot where they parked. Is that you? Are you that person? If so, fear not; we are all that person at some point.

Now I am not a brain surgeon and I am not going to suggest you do anything surgical or dangerous. I am however an astute student of human behavior so I always look for simple ways to super charge my brain.

Here are some things you can begin doing as soon as today to begin the great brain tune up:

Eat Almonds
Almond is believed to improve memory. If a combination of almond oil and milk is taken together before going to bed or after getting up at morning, it strengthens our memory power. Almond milk is prepared by crushing the almonds without the outer cover and adding water and sugar to it.

Drink Apple Juice
Research from the University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) indicates that apple juice increases the production of the essential neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the brain, resulting in an increased memory power.

Sleep well
Research indicates that the long-term memory is consolidated during sleep by replaying the images of the experiences of the day. These repeated playbacks program the subconscious mind to store these images and other related information.

Enjoy simple Pleasures
Stress drains our brainpower. A stress-ridden mind consumes much of our memory resources to leave us with a feeble mind. Make a habit to engage yourself in few simple pleasures everyday to dissolve stress from your mind. Some of these simple pleasures are good for your mind, body and soul.

Exercise your mind
Just as physical exercise is essential for a strong body, mental exercise is equally essential for a sharp and agile mind. Have you noticed that children have far superior brainpower than an adult does? Children have playful minds. A playful mind exhibits superior memory power. Engage in some of the activities that require your mind to remain active and playful.

Practice Yoga or Meditation
Yoga or Meditation relives stress. Stress is a known memory buster. With less stress, lower blood pressure, slower respiration, slower metabolism, and released muscle tension follows. All of these factors contribute significantly towards increases in our brainpower.

Reduce Sugar intake
Sugar is a non-food. It’s a form of carbohydrate that offers illusionary energy, only to cause a downhill slump once the initial burst has been worn off. Excess intake of sugar results in neurotic symptoms. Excess sugar is known to cause claustrophobia, memory loss and other neurotic disorders. Eat food without adding sugar. Stay away from sweet drinks or excess consumption of caffeine with sugar.

Eat whole wheat
The whole wheat germs contain lecithin. Lecithin helps ease the problem of the hardening of the arteries, which often impairs brain functioning.

Eat a light meal at night
A heavy meal at night causes tossing and turning and a prolonged emotional stress while at sleep. It’s wise to eat heavy meal during the day when our body is in motion to consume the heavy in-take. Eating a light meal with some fruits allows us to sleep well. A good night sleep strengthens our brainpower.

Develop imagination
Greeks mastered the principle of imagination and association to memorize everything. This technique requires one to develop a vivid and colorful imagination that can be linked to a known object. If you involve all your senses - touching, feeling, smelling, hearing and seeing in the imagination process, you can remember greater details of the event.

Control your temper
Bleached food, excess of starch or excess of white bread can lead to nerve grating effect. This results in a violent and some time depressive behavior. Eat fresh vegetables. Drink lots of water and meditate or practice yoga to relieve these toxic emotions of temper and stressful mood swings.

Take Vitamin B-complex
Vitamin B-complex strengthens memory power. Eat food and vegetables high in Vitamin B-complex. Stay away from the starch food or white bread, which depletes the Vitamin B-complex necessary for a healthy mind.

I don't believe these are that tough. If you find yourself increasing stumped, give a couple of these a try.

Actually i got the idea to post this after i read Shilpan Patel's article somewhere on Yahoo Health. We're really wanted to have a superpower brain including me. At least, we can do something to 'renovate' our brain here and there.Until then, see you in the other post.

Nuts To Peanut Allergy

An increasing number of children are allergic to some kind of nut, with potentially fatal consequences. About 20 per cent seem to "grow out of" their allergy in time, though there is a chance the allergy may come back. Now scientists have found this chance can be lowered-by eating peanuts.

Studying 68 kids who had outgrown a peanut allergy, researchers at Johns Hopkins Children's Centre found none of those who regularly ate peanut products redeveloped an allergy, whereas those who did have a recurrence had seldom eaten peanuts. This suggests children who've outgrown an allergy should eat peanuts at least once a month, but consult your doctor first !
